Tuesday, 09.07.10: FREE Saturday WOD

Do not forget about the FREE Saturday WOD this weekend.  Meet us at Health 360 on 2305 at 8:30 AM for a challenging, but fun workout.  Make sure to bring a friend !

Sunday, 09.05.10: Mondays Group WOD

Grant plans to run a group WOD at 10 am.  So all AM classes are being combined into one group.  NO OTHER AM classes.  6 pm class will still be held.

Sunday, 09.05.10: Labor day

On Monday the 6th CrossFit CenTex on Sparta road is consolidating all of its morning classes in to a single 10AM class, the 6 PM class will still be on.  If any athletes can't make the 10AM they are welcome to join the 6PM and vice versa.  There will be 2 Workouts.  The first will take place at the BOX.  This will be a team oriented WOD with 5 members to a team.  Each team member preforming a different movement: ROW, RUN, CHIN, PUSH-UP, AIR SQUAT. For the second we will meet up at the spillway by Belton lake.  Both will be shorter WODs and will fall into the normal time frame of a class.  Please get to the box on time so we can get moving.  Have a great rest of the weekend.
